La promoción, gestión y ejecución de las actividades urbanisticas en general, alcanzando todos los fines y facultades comprendidos en el artículo 3 del Decreto 1169/78 (o legislación que lo sustituye)y, en especial, asumirá la gestión, promoción y comercialización de aquellos solares, obras, servicios, redes infraestructurales, edificaciones y aprovechamientos lucrativos restantes bien de terrenos municipales, bien de ejecución del planeamiento, siempre que todos ellos estén situados dentro del término municipal de Ciudad Real y sobre los mismos, el Ayuntamiento tenga algún derecho o interés y haya decidido especificamente para cada solar, obra, servicio, edificación o aprovechamiento, encomendar dichas funciones a la Sociedad o haya transmitido a ésta, por cualquier título, el referido derecho o interés de titularidad municipal.
